We present this website with a mixed sense of trepidation and awe, for surely this site must
be an infinitesimally small but nonetheless important part of a tidal wave of millions of similar
launches into the internet, an invention which we recognise has potentially the same power to
propel the fine arts into the stratosphere, the way other great inventions before it like the
radio had boosted the works of the pop stars and television the careers of many actors and
entertainers.
